Cheryl’s Trust Helps Over 600 Young People In Just 6 Months
Cheryl Tweedy set up the trust just over 6 months ago, in her hometown of Newcastle.
Tweedy, 35, said: “Too many young people grow up thinking no one cares and they don’t believe they can make anything of themselves… I want my Trust to help them realise their potential and get their lives back on track.”
The CEO of The Princes Trust, Nick Stace, said “The new centre will enable us to support over 5,000 young people in the next three years and grow delivery of all our programmes. It’s a huge achievement and we look forward to celebrating, when we officially open the centre in February. We are very grateful to Cheryl and proud of all that she has done to support The Prince’s Trust.”
